Tests have now been carried out on Toms Lake regarding the algae bloom by an appropriate body. The results show a zero result as expected (but it needed to be verified) and a certificate of clearence has been issued. This means that both Toms Lake and Presidents Lake are now open to PGRBLAC members and PGRBLAC Guest anglers.
